.. all the "issues" encountered and described by me in 809 are still there on 814. http://vsee.com/forum/2/273 (my last post).
Plus installation did not work after updating.
A message telling that VSee was updated and needed to be restarted appeared. Restarting VSee did not work.
An error telling that a file was missing in one of VSee folders appeared. BUT rebooting the PC solved this issue and
814 started fine.

I notice that there is now an AEC check box. However, it is selected and greyed-out with any mic I choose. My primary Mic is a Phoenix Audio, Duet PCS that has its own AEC hardware built-in and superior to nearly anything else. I would like to be able to de-select AEC in VSee if I'm using the PCS, headphones or some other device that I know is AEC-enabled. I don't mind that it is on by default - just let me de-select when I know better.
