I just downloaded Vsee. When I click on the program from my start menu, then click on "run" program, it does not seem to launch.
Could somebody please tell me why this is happening?

Please try downloading again and reinstalling.

If that doesn't work, you perhaps have security software that is blocking VSee from starting up but isn't notifying you that it is doing so. Many people turned off their security notifications because XP and Vista liked to use a security prompt for EVERYTHING they did. So also check your firewall and anti-spyware settings and make sure they're set to prompt you for risks or to just allow VSee to run.

Please let us know if you were able to get it up and running (or not) and what you did that made it happen (or didn't). We want to get as much helpful information out to everyone in the forums as possible.

HI, I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, VSEE IS NOT RUNNIG, AND IT SAYS "TIMEOUT WHILE CONTACTING THE DIRECTORY PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER". I CAN`T RUN THE PROGRAM IN MY PC, PLEASE HELP ME.

Hi there, I had recently the same problem as "Bucaramanga" but in my case it happens occasionally and in the end I´m able to connect.

After install the login in windows comes up but there is no text and it will not take my typing input, this is on my Sony laptop. It works fine on my Lenovo. Using the latest release.

I tried sending jpgs but the messages were bounced back. I have now tried them zipped, so far so good. Thanks.
