Thank you so much for sticking with us during our model transitional phase. While we are still deciding on a model we have decided to grandfather in all of our forum users. Thanks for this welcome answer. As a non-native English speaker the following questions:

- "Grandfather" => free use of Vsee I presume?
- One needs to be forum member *and* contact you?

(It would be a pleasure to talk to you - but there is a time difference to take into account :-)

Could there be other more convenient means to be "grandfathered" ?

How about:
- sending you emails ?
- All forum users ?
- All forum users "older" than 3 months ?
- Users who VSee'd to the "demo" account and left a secret phrase in the chat box ?
The demo is on 24-hours. And it could avoid embarrassing situations for non-English speaking users.

As always, the best answer is the one that has not come up :)

Grandfathered means one license. I can't just add forum user names because most forum users used different user names for the forum than they did for their VSee ID's. I would like to talk to each VSee user personally, so that I can learn what they like and don't like about VSee so that we can continue to make a better product. As for the time difference, I am very flexible. Please email me your time zone and time preference and we can work out a time to talk. For language barriers I love using text chat and google translator. I look forward to talking to everyone.
