We're looking for:

GUI Software Engineer

Work closely with the design team to implement designs which users love. Maintain, optimize and extend the VSee GUI library. Drive architectural improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of writing robust, high-performance, multi-threaded code
  2. Experience developing on the Windows platform, including GDI and GDI+
  3. Experience with GUI development
  4. Excellent C/C++ skills

Network Software Engineer

Ensure reliable connectivity between VSee users in the widest possible variety of network conditions and configurations. Maintain, optimize and extend the VSee network sub-system. Drive architectural improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of writing robust, high-performance, multi-threaded code
  2. Experience with TCP/IP network development (on Windows platform is a plus)
  3. Experience developing against the challenges of real-world networks
    1. Routers, firewalls, IDS, NAT
    2. Traffic shaping
    3. Web proxies
  4. Knowledge of major network protocols, especially pertaining to streaming media (experience with protocol design is a plus)
  5. Excellent C/C++ skills

Server & Database Software Engineer

Take charge of the scalability, availability and manageability of VSee's server products. Maintain, optimize and extend the server code. Drive architectural improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of writing robust, high-performance, multi-threaded code
  2. Experience scaling large distributed systems (especially communication systems involving presence)
  3. Experience developing enterprise-class highly available servers (redundancy across WAN a plus)
  4. Experience designing SQL databases and developing against them (replicated databases a plus)
  5. Excellent C/C++ skills

Director, Sales and Business Development

You have a proven sales track-record in the videoconference or enterprise software or related industries. You are excited about developing marketing and business development strategies, but with a priority on execution of sales-closings. You love interacting with engineers (who doesn't :-p) and influencing product direction.
